* feat: Share creation dialog (Landing/Direct) with file context menu integration

- Add ShareDialog Sheet with type selector, recipient chips, password toggle,
  expiry dropdown, download limit dropdown, and success confirmation view
- Wire Share into file row context menu and toolbar (single-selection)
- Add createShare API function using Hono RPC client
- Export pure logic helpers (EMAIL_RE, genPassword, addDays, buildShareUrl,
  isCustomLimitInvalid) for testability; add 66-test suite covering all branches
- Add en/zh i18n keys for all share UI strings
- Export CreateShareRequest from @shared/schemas index

Cover the POST /api/shares success path and ApiError on non-ok
