saltbo 66ae9a38ea docs(i18n): translate README and CHANGELOG into 6 languages 
Add zh-CN, ja, ko, ru, es, pt-BR translations under docs/i18n/, keeping
the canonical English README/CHANGELOG at the repo root. Each file gets a
language switcher bar with the current language bolded.
