zy a49e7c5129 fix: Star History 图表改为 star-history 数据分支发布 (#740 )

main 有 require-PR 保护规则, bot 无法直接 push;
图表由 workflow force-push 到独立数据分支(只含图表文件),
README 引用其 raw URL, main 从此无需 bot 提交。
内置 GITHUB_TOKEN 经 GraphQL 回退已验证可用, 无需 PAT secret。
