- Launch the database application:

`msaccess`

- Open an existing database file:

`msaccess {{path\to\file.accdb}}`

- Open an existing database file in [r]ead-[o]nly mode:

`msaccess /ro {{path\to\fileaccdb}}`

- Open a database, then e[x]ecute a specific macro:

`msaccess {{path\to\file.accdb}} /x {{MacroName}}`
