* Clone tooltip child instead of wrapping it

* Convert `ButtonIcon` to TSX, replace `setRef` with `ref`

* Replace `setRef` with `ref` in `Button` component

* Pass correct children to `HoverTooltip`

* Add better types, remove `isValidElement`

* Remove testing leftovers

* Add tests for showOnlyOnOverflow

* Fix issues with cloned tooltip

* Simplify rendering logic

* Move `mergeRefs` to `design`

* Also check if element itself overflows

* Improve comment
