* Add IPCs for checking if the agent config file exists and for killing the agent * Prepare app for the new document type * When setup is done, switch the setup document to the status document, add a menu item that opens it. I also replaced `Popover` with `Menu`, it makes the menu consistent with other menus in web UI. * Add `runWithPreparation` and `kill` functions to control the lifecycle of the agent.
