The test was reliant on entering \a as input to a session which signaled to sleep for 1s before writing the data. This made the test undeterministic because the 1s delays might not have been long enough for the second party to have joined and start consuming the session data. This changes the test to validate that the appropriate number of parties are in the session before proceeding to the next step of the test. All \a have been removed from terminal input as we now know for certain that the session contains the appropriate parties before any input is entered.
