* Add test coverage for Server.createBot

* Test role impersonation preserves user traits

* pass traits directly into desiredAccessInfoForRoleRequests

* Drop underscores from test names

* Remove unnecessary initialization of traits

* Address PR comments

* Update docs/pages/machine-id/getting-started.mdx
