* Add inputAlignment, disabled, title to ActionButton

* Refactor VnetSliderStep story to use controls

* Add DiagnosticsAlert

* Reorganize stories for Connections

`Story` got renamed to `SingleCluster` and had its setup changed to have
only a single cluster in ClustersService.

`MultipleClusters` got moved to the top with no changes. It shows the
full extent of information available in this component, so it feels like
a better candidate for the first story.

* Remove leftover Diagnostician struct
