Hugo Shaka 2c87e40308 Support db_object_import_rule in Terraform (#66156 )

This feature was unblocked by https://github.com/gravitational/teleport/pull/65869.

The client returned unwrapped resource so I had to add a bool to the provider generator so we can handle this use case. The zero value keeps the previous behaviour.
