* feat: adds a new 'policy-preset' flag to 'integration configure awsoidc-idp' command

* adapt to new awsactions

* output formatting and golden test

* run ui prettier, fix getAwsOidcConfigureIdpScriptUrl test

* comments cleanup, mend TestBuildAWSOIDCIdPConfigureScript test

* address review:
- use AwsOidcPolicyPreset in UrlAwsOidcConfigureIdp
- use NoSuchEntityException instead of EntityAlreadyExistsException in PutRolePolicy mock
- fix typo

* use empty string as unspecified value

* add optional field comment
