Plan the terraform changes:
REGION=us-west-2 TABLE_NAME=teleport.example.table make autoscale-plan
Set up autoscaling:
REGION=us-west-2 TABLE_NAME=teleport.example.table make autoscale-apply
Turn off autoscaling
REGION=us-west-2 TABLE_NAME=teleport.example.table make autoscale-apply
