* add button with add icon

* rename component to align with existing naming pattern

* addItem -> onClick

* test and story

* update LabelsCreator with ButtonTextWithAddIcon

* remove commented story block, update icon size label text

* remove disabled props from addIcon

* remove  from labelsCreater.tsx
