Hugo Shaka bb6c5ee9ae Fix terraform/event-handler Makefile & Dockerfile (#41591) 
This commit fixes three issues:
- Terraform and event-handler integratiosn were still using hardcoded
  versions instead of looking up the Teleport version
- The version was not detectde properly when building access pluigin in
  docker
- The event-handler Dockerfil was not importing the whole teleport
  repo as context which is required since the teleport-plugins
  -> teleport migration (we use the go.mod from the root)

Marco DinisandEdward Dowling 0aaf1b21c3 AWS OIDC: Script to configure EC2 Auto Discover with SSM (#41053) 
* AWS OIDC: Script to configure EC2 Auto Discover with SSM

There's a new teleport command that adds an inline policy which enables
the AWS OIDC Integration to handle EC2 Auto Discover using the script
mode (SSM).
It also adds the SSM Document used in the teleport installation.

There's also a new endpoint which returns the one off script that uses
that command.

Tiago Silva 31c4678a13 Drop swallow of trace.BadParameter errors in SearchEvents (#41131) 
This PR removes a temporary error masking that causes troubles if the auth server returns a `trace.BadParameter` error if any parameter is incorrect. This error is no longer required because both server and event-handler already support the new unstructured events endpoints.

Tiago Silva 3e57dde50d GCI: Add special rules for integrations (#40466) 
This PR adds a special group (last one) to match the `terraform` and
`event-handler` integrations.

These two integrations aren't imported by teleport codebase but they
import teleport packages. The issue arrises from the fact that they have
their own module namespace. In order to distinguish their module
namespace, this PR proposes moving them into a new (last) import group
and keep Teleport into a separate group. Unfortunately, at the time of
writing `gci` doesn't support skip directories which causes problems for
our `lint` CI step as it will fail.

This results in the following structure for files within the two
integrations:

- standard
- default
- teleport
- specific integration
