* Add a vale linter for accurate step numbering
The linter adds a `script` vale rule that ensures that H2-level headings
beginning `Step [0-9]+/[0-9]+` are numbered correctly, and that the
total number of steps shown in each heading matches the actual number of
steps.

* add Redshift Serverless e2e tests
* update license year in new files
* use a test cleanup func to close local proxy
* adjust test timeouts
* use a longer conn retry interval
* Remove Assist command execution and chat feature
The changes remove tests and related code for command execution in the assist package and web command handling.
* Remove Teleport Assist chat from CHANGELOG.md
The changes in this commit reflect the removal of the Teleport Assist chat from the CHANGELOG documentation of Teleport version 16. The Assist feature continues to be available in the SSH Web Terminal and Audit Monitoring.
* Remove assist chat from the test plan
* Require capitalizing "Access (List|Request)"
Closes#38767
Standardize the docs on capitalizing features and major components of
Teleport. Edit the vale rule for capitalizing service names to include
features as well, and require capitalizing "access list" and "access
request".
Also sort the list of tokens in the vale rule.
* Add "access graph" to the capitalization linter

Add a vale linter to catch instances of `Teleport Cloud` and `Teleport
Enterprise Cloud`. We are now referring to a single commercial edition,
Teleport Enterprise, and describing the hosting type separately from the
name of the edition.
This is a legacy convention for describing Teleport features. This
change ports the linter for `[Resource] Access` usage from
`gravitational/docs` to a vale style (we'll need to remove the linter
from `gravitational/docs` separately). It also excludes "Database Access
Controls" from the linter, since Database Access Controls is a current
Teleport feature.
Architecture is often a point of confusion among Teleport users. When
following how-to guides, it is important for users to understand how the
components of a setup fit together so they can (a) form a mental model
of where each step first in an overall procedure and (b) troubleshoot
more easily if they encounter the unexpected.
This change ensures that the first H2 section of a how-to guide is
called "How it works" by adding a vale
[script](https://vale.sh/docs/topics/styles/#script) rule. As the error
message associated with the rule indicates, the "How it works" section
is intended to include architectural information.
The "How it works" section is intended as a complement to any dedicated
architectural docs. Since most users visit the docs through organic
search, we can't guarantee that a user visiting a guide will have
discovered the relevant architectural information.
The package `github.com/hashicorp/terraform-plugin-go` has breaking
changes and we cant upgrade right now.
This PR ensures this package is ignored when Dependabot tries to update
the go.mod packages.
* Vendor event-forwarder plugin
* fix tests + add Makefile + CI
* lint
* Fix broken test
* use a separate go.mod
* ignore event-handler in flaky tests + update go.mod
* go mod tidy
Enforce a standard that minimizes terms that require a personal point of
view and promote technical precision. Add a vale rule that flags terms
like "simple" and "seamless".
* add AWS RDS MariaDB e2e tests
* fix spurious teardown error logs
* if a role or user doesn't exist, that is not an error nor is it worth
logging during auto user teardown.
* check for admin option
* add some extra secret fetching checkings
* only drop redshift user if the user exists
* Refactors rust lint out into its own job which runs on a bare GH runner
Also adds -s to silence all make commands in workflows which are used as
some form of output in the workflow script. This is to prevent the
workflow from failing due to noise from the make command (such as when
make tells you it's entering a directory, etc).
Also updates to latest e-ref
* Removes `--no-print-directory` where `make` output is used as a variable
replaceing it with `-s` instead. `-s` is a universal POSIX standard and
makes sense in all such cases.

Drone is dead and gone. This change removes a few of its ghosts so
that others won't trip on them.
There are a couple more that aren't as easy to remove such as relcli
depending on DRONE_REPO and DRONE_TAG, but we'll loop back to pick them
up in time.

We currently are failing to get Dependabot updates for `/`. After discussing with GitHub support, they suggested for debugging we temporarily remove the `groups` config, apply updated, then re-apply the `groups` configuration.
This is a temporary disable of the beta feature to hope to get Dependabot into a working state again.
* Add an AWS product name linter
Fixes#25228
Add a vale style to lint AWS product names.
There is already a style rule at https://github.com/soulim/vale-aws, but
this is out of date.
The closest thing to a definitive list of AWS products is the status
page (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status), which fetches data
about services as a single JSON document. The rule added by this change
is based on transforming the JSON document into a vale substitution rule.
* Clean up commented command in the AWS vale style
