* We have a conflicting naming in that "Resource" types refer to
roles and connectors. We needed another type that distinguishes from
these for nodes, apps, dbs, kubes, desktops and we call them "Agents".

Without --noEmit, tsc actually compiles TS files to regular JS, polluting
the working directory in some rare scenarios.
Prefixing scripts with `yarn` is not necessary, as both yarn and npm
add local node_modules/.bin to PATH when executing scripts.
At some point, we want to rename packages/teleterm to something else.
This script will enable our build scripts (see gravitational/teleport#12257)
to automatically pick up this change without requiring us to change
the build scripts as well.

When a root cluster gets removed (the user logs out of it), we remove
resources related to it, so the `rootCluster` variable should never be
null at this point.
Commit 775fe4e64 fixed some reconnect issues, but it also introduced a
locally scoped `cluster` variable. This made it seem like it's the cluster
to which the given gateway belongs, but it was actually the root cluster.
This commit renames the old `cluster` variable to `rootCluster`. It also
makes sure that `workspaceDocumentsService.openNewTerminal` receives
correct root & leaf cluster IDs.
