Copy/pasting this removes the newlines in some instances,
and the backslashes included in the commands breaks the pipe to tee.

Paul Gottschling 6c417941e4 Add Enterprise info to the Installation page (#13447) 
Fixes #12924

The Linux and MacOS sections of the Installation page only included
instructions for the OSS edition of Teleport. This change adds
Enterprise instructions to prevent Enterprise users from downloading
the wrong Teleport edition.

This also changes the install-linux partial to accommodate Enterprise
customers.

Steven Martin 085d45ebab Install script changes and sudo command updates for Teleport install and configure (#11685) 
Modified install and configure scripts to incorporate using sudo.
These commands were failing.  Also removed $ that weren't working.

Paul Gottschling 945af1a407 Use an apt-key alternative in install instructions (#10084) 
* Use an apt-key alternative in install instructions

Current installation instructions for Debian/Ubuntu advise using
apt-key, which is deprecated. This change uses the recommended
method of appending a "signed-by" argument to the APT sources
list along with the rest of a repo's information.

Also creates a partial with Linux installation info to avoid
having to repeat changes in our different Linux installation
instructions.

Fixes #9611

* Respond to PR feedback

- Add "sudo" before the installation script
- Add command prompts before commands (not part of PR feedback but
  something I noticed was missing)
