We will create a new package that installs teleport in the local system.
In order to do so, we'll need to read `/etc/os-release`.
This PR adds the required fields for detecting the distro if it is based
on a popuplar distro.
* Read DMI files concurrently
* Refactor DMI logic into its own method
* Collect device data concurrently on Linux
* Drop the mutex on DMIInfoFromFS, simplify
* Add logic to parse /etc/os-release
* Read DMI info from /sys/class/dmi/id
* Close files on DMIInfoFromFS
* Add a TODO for other readers of /etc/os-release
