Address inconsistent information between the Event Handler README and
step-by-step guides by using the information in the step-by-step guides,
which is more in line with our current recommendations.
* event-handler chart updates
* only puts skip session and event types in config if set for event-handler chart
* have types, session, event types as array for event-handler values
