Database Access guides instruct the user to log in to their cluster
and test their tctl connection before installing the Auth/Proxy, which
can cause confusion.
This change fixes this by:
- Editing start-auth-proxy.mdx to include tctl.mdx, and removing the
text telling all users to run tctl commands on their Auth Service
host.
- Removing tctl.mdx from the Prerequisites sections of DB Access
guides.

This change helps to remedy two issues with the documentation:
- Much of the documentation was written when Teleport's services
consisted of the Auth Service, Proxy Service, and Nodes/SSH Service.
There are some places in the docs where a reader can mistake the
Node Service to mean "any resource service."
- Users often associate the term "agent" with a daemon that must run on
every host in their infrastructure, and usage of this term can make
Teleport seem more resource intensive than it actually is.
This change corrects mentions of "Node" that stand in for "any service
that access resources in your infrastructure" to account for Teleport's
other resource services. It also replaces mentions of the term "agent"
with "instance," the name of a resource service, or simply "Teleport."
Also edits the "agentless" question in the FAQ to include more detailed
information about each of Teleport's resource services.
This change also does some light copy-editing to correct the
capitalization of service names. It doesn't aim to be comprehensive,
though, since the main purpose of this change is to fix potentially
misleading mentions of "Node" and "agents".
Finally, this change deletes the production.mdx guide, as there is
no way to access this guide due to redirects. This guide includes
some outdated usage of "Nodes".
* Edit Database Access guides for Cloud users
This edits Database Access guides that show you how to access
specific databases. These guides follow the same structure and use the
same partials, so it made sense to address them in a single commit.

- Some Prerequisites sections were either absent or required
"Teleport," which I've clarified with a scoped Tabs component to
indicate the appropriate client tools for each deployment type.
Since we instruct users on deploying the Auth/Proxy later in the
guide, I restricted this to client tools. Also flesh out the
Prerequisites a bit in general.
- Add ScopedBlocks for minor details that vary between scopes.
- Ensure that all commands that take place on the Database Service node
are described correctly as taking place on that node.
- Change the tctl-auth-sign.mdx partial. Since the start-auth-proxy.mdx
partial now instructs self-hosted users to run tctl commands on the
Auth Service host, we no longer need the Self-Hosted tab. As a result,
I have turned the Cloud tab into a ScopedBlock.
- Reorder self-hosted guide sections so users start the Auth/Proxy
before running "tctl auth sign". Otherwise, this command will not
work.

The linting applied to file via the tools in next appears to vary if the files are outside the /src directory: If the files are under /src, a rigorous lint is applied. If the files are outside of /src, a "less-rigorous" lint is applied, letting many legitimate issues slip through.
This patch alters the CI script to symlink the /workspace directory (the mount-point that GCB uses to inject code into the container running a build step) under the next image's /src/content directory, so that the correct, rigorous lint will be applied.
It also fixes the lint errors that have crept in during the time the linter was being incorrectly lenient.
