Do another large batch of dependency updates.
Most updates are around minor versions, so _theoretically_ safe. The following
v0.x updates draw attention:
* cloud.google.com/go/iam (likely safe, as Google is largely trunk-based)
* github.com/Microsoft/go-winio
Notable exceptions are k8s-related modules, which are harder to update for
various reasons.
* Update Go dependencies
* Fix lib/srv/app/aws/endpoints_test.go
Update various "assorted" dependencies, that either are used throughout
(logging, testing), are mostly algorithmic or otherwise difficult to pinpoint
"ownership".
I've dropped a couple of deprecated/mostly meaningless dependencies. I suspect
`github.com/mitchellh/mapstructure` could be dropped to, but I didn't look
further now.
* Drop dependency on Clever/go-utils
* Drop dependency on github.com/pkg/errors
* Update various Go dependencies
* Use CompareAndSwap instead of CAS (uber/atomic)
* Add a comment after replaced dependencies
* Add Yubikey PrivateKey implementation for use by Teleport clients.
- Add yubikey login logic, reusing previously stored private keys.
- Fix identity file decoding with PIV keys, which sign ecdsa certificates.
- Add libpcsclite-dev pre-req for building on linux.
- Remove unnecessary keys.Signer interface and move its functionality to keys.PrivateKey.
- Move retry and jitter utils to new api/utils/retryutils package.
* Add client side circuit breaker to auth clients
In order to apply back pressure we can utilize a circuit breaker that
monitors error responses from auth server. When tripped it will prevent
all outbound requests to auth for a period of time. This can also help
prevent a potential thundering heard when auth is in an unhealthy state.
By default the circuit breaker will only be tripped if 90% of the
requests made in the monitoring interval fail.
* Span forwarding
Modifies the auth grpc server to implement the OTLP Collector
RegisterTraceServiceServer API (https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-proto/blob/main/opentelemetry/proto/collector/trace/v1/trace_service.proto).
This allows the auth server to receive spans from other services
like `tsh`, `tctl`, and `tbot`. Any spans received by the auth
server will be forwarded to the exporter configured via the
`tracing_service` if it is enabled. All received spans will be
dropped in the event that the`tracing_service` disabled. By
forwarding spans to the auth server, `tsh` doesn't need to
be provided with any of the telemetry backend information
to have its spans exported.
Adds a new `--trace` flag to `tsh` to enable collecting and
forwarding spans to the auth server. When set, the tracing
provider is initialized with a sampling rate of 1.0 to force
all spans to be recorded. Teleport respects the sampling rate
from remote spans, which means that when `--trace` is set, all
spans from `tsh` and any downstream Teleport services will be
recorded and exported regardless of the sampling rate that each
Teleport service is configured with.
* Add tracing instrumentation for ssh clients/servers
Add tracing context to the existing ProxyHelloSignature to provide
span information across ssh connections. To add span context per
ssh session on top of new connections, the same tracing context is
passed in the first global request of the session.
In order to ensure that tracing context is pulled from and inserted
into the proper context.Context, some interfaces and methods were
changed to take one as the first argument.
* Changes for tctl sso test, tctl sso configure commands.
* Log SSO diagnostic information for SSO test flows.

Leverage otelhttp to generate spans for http clients and http handlers.
Additionally add spans for grpc clients and servers by using the
otelgrpc interceptors. This is step one in implementation of RFD 65.
Until further work is done, the spans generated will be a no-op
until the tracing provider is initialized.
Note: all of our code is (and has been for some time) generated with
gogoproto v1.3.2 (see build.assets/Makefile), but the API module was
still referencing the old 1.3.1 version.
* update github.com/gravitational/trace to v1.1.17
github.com/gravitational/trace v.1.17 adds support for `errors.Is`
to all errors it defines. This makes checking any `trace.Error` for
equivalence much easier, especially within tests.
require.ErrorIs/require.NotErrorIs should work out of the box now.
* Use cmp.Equal instead of manual Equals methods
Equals methods can get out-of-sync with the fields added in structs they
compare. Using `cmp.Equal` handles that, removes a ton of code and makes
it more explicit when specific fields are excluded from comparison.
* Use gogoproto equal plugin for comparing proto values
This will be faster than reflect-based go-cmp.
* Added support for connecting API client through tunnel proxy and web proxy addresses (with identity file).
* Added concurrent dialing logic to dial several possible dialing combinations and seamlessly return the first client to connect.
