erio 12369ae821 fix(payment): provider card toggle badges for supported types + strict validation ...

- Replace text "alipay,wxpay" with clickable toggle badges on provider cards
- Badges use same style as dialog; click to enable/disable types via API
- Prevent disabling all types (at least one required)
- Strict create validation: all non-optional config fields must be filled
