Migration 096 created a custom_menu_items entry with hardcoded English
label "Purchase" and empty icon_svg. This migration updates existing
records where id='migrated_purchase_subscription':

Replace Go startup code with SQL migration 096 to migrate
purchase_subscription_url to custom_menu_items. Database migrations
run exactly once and are tracked by the migration system.

077 was modified after being applied to the production database,
causing a checksum mismatch and container restart loop.
Restore 077 to its original content and move the Sonnet 4.5→4.6
migration to a new 078 file.
All Claude Sonnet models (claude-sonnet-4-5, claude-sonnet-4-5-thinking,
claude-sonnet-4-6) in Antigravity default mapping now redirect to
claude-opus-4-6-thinking. Includes DB migration script for existing accounts.
Update model mapping target for claude-haiku-4-5 and
claude-haiku-4-5-20251001 from claude-sonnet-4-5 to claude-sonnet-4-6.

Add nullable VARCHAR(100) column to record the actual model sent to upstream providers when model mapping is applied. NULL means no mapping — the requested model was used as-is.
