improvement(ci): timeouts, docs-only PR skip, fork-isolated caches, Node pin; remove i18n workflow (#5714)
* improvement(ci): job timeouts everywhere, docs-only PR skip, event-scoped sticky disks, Node pin; drop dead i18n workflow - timeout-minutes on every runnable job (defaults ran hung jobs to the 6-hour cap — the i18n workflow burned three full 6-hour runs in Feb before its schedule was pulled) - paths-ignore on the pull_request trigger: docs content and markdown don't affect the app build or images; push runs stay unfiltered - sticky-disk keys scoped by event name so fork PR runs never share a disk with the push runs that feed production image builds - node-version pinned to 22 (was 'latest', non-deterministic) - delete i18n.yml: schedule already removed after repeated 6-hour hangs, workflow_dispatch-only since, comments stale * improvement(ci): 45m migrate timeout (covers 30m lock wait), fork-namespaced PR sticky disks - migrate.ts waits up to 30 minutes for the migration advisory lock (LOCK_ACQUIRE_DEADLINE_MS); the 15m job timeout would preempt that designed wait, so the bound is 45m - fork PRs now get their own sticky-disk namespace so an untrusted fork run can't poison the disks that trusted internal-PR runs restore |

improvement(ci): promote superseded first-attempt runs forward (#5713)
* improvement(ci): promote superseded first-attempt runs forward The stale-promotion guard skipped any run whose commit was no longer the branch head. If commit A passed its gate but was superseded mid-run by commit B, and B then failed tests, A's promotion was skipped and the deploy tags stayed on pre-A code with no automatic recovery (Cursor finding on #5712). A first-attempt run promoting an ancestor of the branch head is always a forward deploy — runs on a ref are serialized by the concurrency group, so nothing newer can have promoted first. Only re-runs of superseded commits (a rollback attempt) and force-pushed-away commits are skipped. Same semantics applied to the GHCR latest-tag guard. * fix(ci): grant contents:read to create-ghcr-manifests for the compare-API guard Job-level permissions replace the workflow defaults, so packages:write alone left the guard's compare call 403ing — STATUS=unknown would have silently skipped the GHCR latest tags on every main push. |

improvement(ci): decouple image builds from the test gate (#5701)
* improvement(ci): decouple image builds from the test gate - build-amd64 now starts immediately and pushes only sha tags (ECR :sha, GHCR :sha-amd64). The EventBridge deploy triggers filter on exactly the latest/staging/dev ECR tags, so nothing deploys from these pushes. - New promote-images job retags sha -> latest/staging (and GHCR latest-amd64/version-amd64) via buildx imagetools once tests and migrations pass — a seconds-long manifest copy instead of rebuilding after the gate. Cuts push-to-deploy from ~13.5 to ~7 minutes. - Split the Next.js production build out of test-build into a parallel Build App job with its own sticky-disk keys, cutting PR feedback from ~5.5 to ~3.5 minutes. - create-ghcr-manifests and process-docs now gate on promote-images. * improvement(ci): harden promotion — atomic retag, stale-run guards, gate all mutable GHCR tags Review follow-ups: - promote-images is a single job (not a matrix): verifies all four :sha manifests exist before moving any deploy tag, so a missing image can't cause a partial mixed-version deploy - stale-run guard on promote-images and create-ghcr-manifests: re-running an old run no longer retags latest/staging back to stale code (a one-click prod rollback); superseded runs skip mutable tags with a warning while immutable sha/version tags still publish - ARM64 build now pushes only the immutable :sha-arm64 tag; latest-arm64 and version tags moved behind the gate into create-ghcr-manifests (closes the pre-existing hole where a failing run moved latest-arm64) - dropped dead detect-version needs from both build jobs - sticky-disk comment corrected (clone + last-writer-wins, not exclusive mounts); build job shares warm bun/node_modules disks, keeps its own turbo cache key so test/build entries don't evict each other |

feat(skills): canonicalize skills to a single source with generated .claude/.cursor projections (#5609)
* improvement(cleanup-skill): parallelize analysis, apply fixes sequentially * improvement(cleanup-skill): add comment-reduction pass; mirror 6 missing skills into .claude/commands * fix(cleanup-skill): substitute parsed scope into analysis passes instead of literal <scope> * fix(cleanup-skill): parse fix token anywhere; preserve pass labels through convergence for ordered apply * fix(cleanup-skill): apply Step 1 proposals content-anchored, re-derive when a prior pass invalidated the snippet * fix(babysit-skill): correct garbled --reverse explanation across all three copies * fix(skills): propagate parallel cleanup to cursor/agents copies; disambiguate babysit /ship refs in claude copy * fix(skills): port url-state + comment passes to cursor/agents; clarify converge pass-label ordering * feat(skills): canonicalize skills under .agents/skills with generated .claude/.cursor projections Establish .agents/skills/<name>/SKILL.md as the single source of truth (latest content reconciled per skill from the three drifted copies), and generate the .claude/commands and .cursor/commands projections from it via scripts/sync-skills.ts. Adds skills:sync/skills:check, a CI gate, a pre-commit regen hook, and CONTRIBUTING docs. Structurally fixes prior drift (e.g. abbreviated .claude ship -> full ship). * fix(skills): strip leaked XML tags from skill tails; clarify lint:check has no per-file target Removes stray </content>/</invoke> markup that leaked into add-block, add-connector, add-hosted-key canonical skills, and reword the cleanup skill's lint step to note bun run lint:check runs repo-wide via turbo (no per-path API). Projections regenerated via skills:sync. refactor(utils): consolidate duplicated helpers onto @sim/utils (#5509)
* refactor(utils): consolidate duplicated helpers onto @sim/utils Replaces ~90 hand-rolled reimplementations of error-message extraction, postgres error-code checks, sleep, Math.random, retry/backoff, object filtering/omission, noop, string truncation, date/time formatting, email normalization, and plain-object type guards with the shared @sim/utils exports. Wires check:utils into CI (test-build.yml) so these patterns don't regress. * fix(test): mock @sim/utils/random instead of Math.random in schedule-execute tests The schedules/execute route previously used Math.random() for jitter delay; this consolidation PR switched it to randomInt() from @sim/utils/random, which is backed by crypto.getRandomValues() rather than Math.random(). The route.test.ts spies on Math.random() no longer had any effect, so jitter became real random delay instead of the deterministic 0ms the tests expect, causing intermittent 10s timeouts in CI. * fix(retry): preserve uncapped Retry-After comparison in tools/index.ts parseRetryAfter() caps its return value at 30s by default. tools/index.ts compares the parsed Retry-After against a caller-configured maxDelayMs to decide whether to skip a retry entirely -- capping before that comparison silently defeats the skip check whenever maxDelayMs is configured above 30s, since a Retry-After between 30s and maxDelayMs would incorrectly look "within limits" and get retried instead of skipped (caught by Cursor Bugbot). Added an optional maxMs param (default unchanged) so tools/index.ts can request the raw, uncapped value for its own comparison while backoffWithJitter still clamps the actual sleep duration to maxDelayMs. Added a regression test covering maxDelayMs > 30s. * fix(utils): fall back to Intl-resolved abbreviation for unmapped timezones getTimezoneAbbreviation only covered 9 hardcoded IANA zones and returned the raw IANA string for everything else, degrading schedule descriptions for zones like Europe/Berlin or America/Toronto (caught by Greptile). The deleted local implementation in schedules/utils.ts resolved any valid IANA timezone generically via Intl.DateTimeFormat's short timeZoneName. Restore that as a fallback so only genuinely invalid timezone strings return themselves unchanged. |

ci(dev): auto-deploy Trigger.dev tasks + fail dev db:push on TTY prompt (#5343)
* ci(trigger): auto-deploy Trigger.dev tasks to dev-sim on dev pushes Add a deploy-trigger-dev job that runs `trigger.dev deploy --env preview --branch dev-sim` on pushes to the dev branch, replacing the manual step. Gated after migrate-dev for the same reason as build-dev: the new task code runs against the dev DB, so the schema must be pushed first. Uses Trigger.dev's remote build (no --local-build), so the runner needs no Docker/buildx. Requires a TRIGGER_ACCESS_TOKEN repo secret. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015orsjbLX34FPFGujSK3AQK * ci(trigger): source TRIGGER_PROJECT_ID from repo secret Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015orsjbLX34FPFGujSK3AQK * ci(trigger): fail fast when Trigger.dev secrets are unset Guard the deploy step so a missing TRIGGER_ACCESS_TOKEN or TRIGGER_PROJECT_ID exits with a clear message instead of a cryptic trigger.dev CLI error, matching the DATABASE_URL guard in migrations.yml. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015orsjbLX34FPFGujSK3AQK * ci(migrations): fail dev db:push on interactive prompt or error drizzle-kit push prompts interactively for ambiguous renames (--force only covers data-loss). In CI there's no TTY, so the prompt reads EOF and drizzle can exit 0 without applying — the job goes green while the schema change was silently skipped. Close stdin, reject prompt markers, and require a success marker so an unresolved rename or failed statement fails the job. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015orsjbLX34FPFGujSK3AQK * ci(migrations): fail dev db:push when drizzle-kit hits a TTY prompt drizzle-kit push needs a TTY to resolve ambiguous renames; in CI it throws "Interactive prompts require a TTY terminal" but still exits 0, so the job went green without applying the schema (e.g. run 28415609570). Fail on that explicit error. Keys on drizzle's own stable message rather than fuzzy prompt text, and a real non-zero exit still fails via set -e. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015orsjbLX34FPFGujSK3AQK * ci(trigger): scope the access token secret as DEV_TRIGGER_ACCESS_TOKEN The PAT is only used by the dev deploy job, so prefix it DEV_ to match the repo's dev-scoped secret convention. TRIGGER_PROJECT_ID stays unprefixed — it's the shared project (same one prod uses); dev-sim is a preview branch within it, not a separate project. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_015orsjbLX34FPFGujSK3AQK * Adjust warning error * ci: align build-dev checkout to v6 to match the other jobs build-dev was the only job still pinning actions/checkout to the v4 hash; every other job uses v6. Non-functional consistency fix. fix(integrations): repair corrupt icons, backfill missing block metas, restore scroll on back-nav (#5342)
* fix(integrations): repair corrupt icons, backfill missing block metas, restore scroll on back-nav - Restore 7 brand icons (Google, Outlook, MongoDB, Postgres, OpenRouter, Groq, Cerebras) whose SVG path data was corrupted by a past bulk reformat, flooding the integrations page console with <path> parse errors; add a check:icon-paths CI gate that validates every icon d attribute (operand counts + arc flags). - Backfill BlockMeta (tags/url/templates/skills) for postgresql, mysql, ssh, sftp, smtp — previously catalog integrations with empty detail pages; add an integration meta-coverage CI check so every catalog block must have a meta. - Add scroll-position restoration for the integrations index/detail inner scroll containers so browser Back returns to where you were. - Remove the error digest pill from the shared workspace ErrorShell (kept in logs, dropped from UI). * fix(integrations): make scroll restoration robust — value-based echo detection + Back/Forward-only gate Addresses review: replace the racy programmatic-scroll flag with value comparison (a restore's echo equals lastApplied and is ignored, so a stuck flag can never drop the first user scroll or overwrite the saved target), and gate restoration on popstate history traversals so fresh push navigations open at the top instead of jumping mid-list. TSDoc-only comments. * fix(ci): attribute icon-path errors for export-const icons too Greptile review: iconNameAt only matched 'export function', so a malformed path inside an 'export const XxxIcon = (...)' arrow-function icon would be misattributed to the preceding function-declared icon. Match both forms (mirrors check-bare-icons indexIconBodies). |

improvement(landing): refine hero and mothership visuals (#5181)
* stash * feat(landing): mothership feature stages + pre-footer CTA Tell-then-show landing: the Mothership section defines the five capabilities (Mothership · Pod · Formation · Dispatch · Return); the Features section now shows each as a real Sim UI callout floating over a static, edge-faded platform backdrop (Linear's "callout over a faded platform" pattern). - FeatureStage template: copy + masked static LandingPreview + elevated callout - LandingPreview: static autoplay=false snapshots with per-stage view/workflowId - Callouts: Mothership chat, model picker, parallel-agents Formation graph, deploy targets, logs table - Pre-footer CTA set over the Mothership render; removed the old capabilities grid Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(landing): reusable platform-page + solutions-page layouts and routes Add config-driven, padding-safe layouts consumed by route pages: - platform-page: hero (shared CTA) + centered logos + N card rows (3|4), JSON-LD, single <h1>, server-only; Workflows route as first consumer. - solutions-page: structural mirror (kept separate to diverge later); IT, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, HR routes under /solutions. - Hoist shared LandingShell/HeroCta/Logos to components/ (top-level = shared); refactor hero to consume them. - Restructure all of (landing) to the workspace folder-per-component convention (each component in its own folder + index.ts barrel). * refactor(landing): convert hero-visual CSS-module keyframes to Tailwind Move the hero-visual + stage-home keyframe animations out of CSS modules into tailwind.config (matching the existing dash-animation pattern) and delete both module.css files. Components now use animate-hero-* utilities + arbitrary properties for the per-element delays, SVG stroke draw, and gradient shimmer; reduced-motion preserved via motion-reduce: variants. Upgrade the shimmer's hardcoded #b4b4b4 to the --text-subtle token. brand-tokens.module.css is intentionally kept: it reassigns --surface-*/ --text-* token VALUES via a doubled-class selector for specificity over .light, which Tailwind utilities cannot express. * refactor(landing): move brand palette from CSS module into LandingShell Replace brand-tokens.module.css with a BRAND_TOKENS constant of Tailwind arbitrary-property utilities applied on the LandingShell wrapper, so the brand hex lives in the component, not a stylesheet. They emit in the utilities layer and override .light (@layer base) by cascade order — verified the brand --text-primary (#121212) wins over .light (#1a1a1a). No more .module.css files remain in the landing. * chore(landing): remove Testimonials from the home page for now Drop <Testimonials /> from the landing composition (component kept for re-adding later). * feat(landing): hero send→loader→workflow animation + landing WIP Hero visual: clicking send zooms into the button, morphs the disc into the gooey thinking loader (held, then cycling), slides it straight across to a phrase indicator with the camera following (no zoom-out), then zooms back out as the reply types and the chat morphs into the GitHub→Agent→Jira workflow. The chat card holds a fixed size through the zoomed scene and the greeting reserves its space, so nothing drifts; the user bubble reveals only on zoom-out. Loader ink tweens dark→gradient via the thinking-loader stop-color/flood-color transition. Also folds in in-progress landing work: knowledge + integrations feature callouts, CTA chat, mothership + line-glyph, wordmark tweak; removes the ethos and testimonials sections. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(landing): responsive pass for iPad + mobile Make the landing page fully responsive while keeping the desktop layout byte-identical (desktop classes stay the unprefixed baseline; smaller screens layer max-* overrides on top). - Navbar: hide desktop clusters below lg, add MobileNav hamburger sheet (scroll-lock, Escape/tap close, reduced-motion aware) - Hero: collapse the absolute split (visual + logos) to a stacked column below xl so iPad-landscape avoids the headline/visual collision - Mothership: 4-col grid steps to 2 (tablet) then 1 (phone) - Features: drop the floating callout below md, show the un-masked backdrop preview full-width - CTA + Footer: scale type/padding; footer 7-col steps to 3 then 2 - Document the breakpoint strategy in the landing CLAUDE.md Also includes the in-progress mothership goo/iso brand marks and the marks-lab preview route the section depends on. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(landing): align hero visual panel to text + logos extent Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(landing): delay hero user bubble until card finishes expanding The grey user bubble's fade-in raced the card's upward grow on send. Hold the bubble's reveal until after the parent-driven grow settles so the card expands fully before the bubble appears. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(landing): isolate new landing — remove dead old-folder code + --landing-* coupling - Delete dead (landing) auth-modal (a duplicate of (home)'s, still on the old --landing-* / dark tokens) — its removal drops the new landing's last styling tie to the old landing. - Delete 5 merge-orphaned, zero-consumer callouts (deploy-callout, mothership-chat-callout, mothership-chat-preview, workflow-graph-preview, model-picker-preview). - Relocate the one live preview (logs-table-preview) into its consumer features/components/ + add a barrel; dissolve the owner-less feature-callouts/ shell. - Fix stale --landing-bg-surface reference in landing-preview-mount. (landing) now has zero (home) imports and zero --landing-* token usage. * refactor(landing): token-map hex, fix a11y/SEO, align structure Styling (within (landing)): - Replace ~90 hardcoded hex colors with the in-scope brand tokens they already equal (--surface-*/--text-*/--border*); divider edges -> --border, field/card edges -> --border-1. Delete the redundant C color-palette mirrors in the landing-preview home/sidebar and route them through tokens. - Convert static inline SVG styles (display:block/outline:none) to Tailwind. - 6 un-tokenizable hexes remain (dark send-button fills, status-green dot) — no brand token exists; left as-is. a11y / SEO: - Decorative mothership goo/iso marks: role='img'+aria-label -> aria-hidden. - Preview chrome titles <h1> -> <span> (kills duplicate client-only H1s). - sitemap.ts: add /workflows and the five /solutions/* routes. Structure: - Folder the bare logo-mark/mobile-nav leaves + barrels; complete the navbar components barrel and consolidate navbar.tsx to a single barrel import. * style(landing): restore taller hero panel with border-shadow chip chrome - Revert the right visual panel to the previous full-height framing (top-8 bottom-8) — hero text (pt-[112px]) and the logos panel are untouched, so their positions and spacing are unchanged. - Apply the canonical border-shadow chip surface: --surface-2 fill + the shared chipBorderShadowRing (1px hairline ring + soft drop shadow) from emcn, the documented chrome for a landing media panel. * feat(landing): swap Volvo for thinkproject and reposition hero logos - Replace Volvo with the thinkproject wordmark (official SVG, tagline/descriptor cropped out, all paths unified to --text-primary #1a1a1a; aspect 6.01). - Reorder the shared 6-logo set so the 3x2 hero grid reads: Rivian|VW (top-left), eXp Realty (top-center), Russell (top-right); Artie (bottom-left), thinkproject (bottom-center), Mobile Health (bottom-right). - Enlarge Rivian|VW a touch (height 15 -> 17, same aspect). - eXp Realty, Artie, Russell, Mobile Health, Rivian|VW all retained. * style(landing): size hero description with the type scale (text-lg) Replace the arbitrary text-[20px]/text-[16px] on the hero description with named scale tokens — text-lg (18px) desktop, text-md (16px) on phones — a touch smaller and the canonical lead size (1.2x the platform's 15px base). * style(landing): hero headline "for AI automations" with break after "agent" Replace "solving automations" with the higher-intent "AI automations" and move the line break after "agent" so "for AI automations." sits on the second line. * style(landing): unify CTA radius and box hero logos in cards - HeroCta email bar: rounded-[13px] -> rounded-lg, so the bar, the inset Book-a-demo chip, the Sign-up chip, and the navbar chips all share one radius. - Hero logos: box each wordmark in a bordered --surface-1 card (platform card chrome: rounded-lg + --border-1, 100px tall) on a responsive 3-up grid (2-up on phones) at a consistent gap-5 rhythm. Wide marks scale to fit (max-w-full h-auto). The platform/solutions 'row' layout stays bare wordmarks. * style(landing): concentric CTA bar radius + tighter logo cards - HeroCta email bar back to rounded-[13px] (= inner chip 8px + ~5px inset) so the Book-a-demo chip's right corners nest concentrically inside the bar. - Logo cards: smaller and tighter — h-20 (80px), px-4, gap-3 (12px, the product UI card-grid rhythm). * style(landing): restore 100px logo cards, scale icons down 15% The 80px cards read too wide-for-their-height. Restore h-[100px] (keeping the tighter gap-3/px-4) and instead shrink the wordmarks to 0.85x their optical size in the grid via GRID_ICON_SCALE — row layout unchanged. * style(landing): match sign-up radius to email bar + shrink logo icons - Sign-up chip overridden to the email bar's rounded-[13px], so the two hero CTAs share one corner radius. - Logo icons: GRID_ICON_SCALE 0.85 -> 0.65 and card padding px-4 -> px-2; card dimensions (h-[100px], gap-3) unchanged. * style(landing): shrink hero logo cards Cards read massive — too tall (100px) and stretched to fill the panel. Drop to h-16 (64px), cap width at w-[150px], and make the grid w-fit so it hugs the cards instead of stretching. gap-3 and the 0.65 icon scale unchanged. * style(landing): upscale hero logo cards ~25% Cards read too small. Bump all dimensions: h-16->h-20 (80px), w-[150px]->w-[180px], px-2->px-3, and icon scale 0.65->0.8. Grid stays content-hugging at gap-3. * style(landing): taller logo cards, larger icons, reorder top row - Card height h-20 -> h-[88px] (width w-[180px] unchanged), icon scale 0.8 -> 0.85. - Top row reordered: eXp (left), Russell (center), Rivian|VW (right). * style(landing): more card height, swap top-row Rivian/eXp back - Card height h-[88px] -> h-24 (96px); width unchanged. - Top row: Rivian|VW (left), Russell (center), eXp (right). * feat(landing): add "Trusted by technical teams at" label above hero logos Top-left, gap-3 above the logo grid (matching the grid rhythm); text-sm (navbar text size) in --text-muted (the label token). * style(landing): recolor logos to --text-body, match label gap to hero rhythm - Recolor all six customer logo SVGs to #3b3b3b (--text-body light value), so they match the Sim navbar wordmark's color. Landing is light-only, so the hardcoded value always equals var(--text-body). - Trusted-by label gap gap-3 -> gap-[22px] (the hero's description->CTA spacing). * style(landing): scale hero CTA down a hair, drop radius to the nav chip's Sign-up read too round. Take the bar + Sign-up to h-[40px] / rounded-lg (8px, the navbar chip radius), and keep the inset Book-a-demo concentric: h-[2em] + rounded (4px) with a 4px inset (8 = 4 + 4). * style(landing): round Book-a-demo to rounded-md to match the bar curve rounded (4px) read too square next to the bar's rounded-lg (8px). Bump to rounded-md (6px) — echoes the bar's curvature, still inside the 4px inset. * style(landing): match Book-a-demo proportions to the navbar chip Restore h-[2.143em] (the chip's 30/14 height ratio); with px-[0.571em] (its 8/14 padding ratio) and the 16px label, Book-a-demo now shares the navbar chip's exact height/padding/text proportions. * style(landing): equal inset around Book-a-demo (h-[30px]) Button was h-[2.143em] (34.3px) -> only ~1.9px top/bottom vs 4px right inside the bar's 38px inner box (40px minus the 1px border). Drop to h-[30px] (the nav chip height) so it centers to an equal 4px inset on top, bottom, and right. * style(landing): enlarge Book-a-demo to h-[32px], tighten inset to 3px h-[30px] read too small/airy in the bar. Bump to h-[32px] and pr-[4px] -> pr-[3px] so the inset is an equal, snugger 3px on top, bottom, and right. * style(landing): lift hero logos off the bottom again (pb-20) Restore the 80px bottom padding so the logos rest 112px above the section bottom (mirroring the hero text's 112px top) instead of sitting flush with the visual panel's bottom. max-xl:pb-0 keeps the stacked layout tight. * improvement(landing): refine hero and mothership visuals * fix(landing): cap hero fold height so it doesn't stretch on huge monitors The section was min-h-[calc(100vh-62px)], so on very tall displays both absolute panels (top-8 bottom-8) stretched — the visual panel grew gigantic and the bottom-anchored logos sank to the very bottom. Cap the fold at 960px via h-[min(calc(100vh-62px),960px)] (min-height can't be capped by max-height): the whole hero stops growing, panels/logos stay proportioned like a large laptop, and the next section just starts below. Laptops (<=16in) are unaffected; max-xl:h-auto keeps the stacked layout below xl. * refactor(landing): session cleanup — DRY CTA label, drop dead grayscale Final tidy after this session's hero/CTA/logo iteration: - hero-cta: extract the duplicated 16px label knob (px-[0.571em] + text-[16px] + font-size:inherit) into a single CTA_LABEL constant, matching the 'single knob' the TSDoc already describes — used by both Book-a-demo and Sign-up. - logos: remove the grayscale filter (now a no-op — all wordmarks were recolored to a single #3b3b3b), inline the single-use LOGO_GAP_X, and flatten the nested cn() into plain layout ternaries (dropping the now-unused cn import). * improvement(landing): animate mothership illustrations * style(landing): solid-ink branding + hero cursor/loader polish Branding: drop the bespoke BRAND_TOKENS palette and bottom-reveal from LandingShell (use the platform's own light tokens); re-ink the wordmark, logo-mark, and hero loader from the gradient+glow to a solid --text-body so the marks read as one ink with the nav text. Add a `shimmer` prop to ThinkingLoader for a static --text-body label, and stroke the squeeze arcs with the shared gradient. Hero visual: the cursor now enters from below the field and chases the send button live through the zoom (retimed beats, no arrive-then-wait); the greeting fades in gently instead of shimmer-revealing; the click ring becomes a press-dip (hero-cursor-press replaces hero-click-ring and hero-greeting-reveal). Extract BlockHandles so the morphed GitHub card carries a real edge handle in scene space; seed the compose card at its true height; pop the sent bubble in immediately. * improvement(landing): update feature iso-marks to perfected geometry Re-author the four Mothership iso-mark illustrations (Integrate, Ingest, Build, Monitor) on the refined isometric geometry, keeping the existing animation vocabulary intact: hover line-draw plus per-mark auto-motion (integrate float, ingest pulse, monitor panel-separate, build grid-flow). Map the raw exports onto the shared token palette/line weight for consistency and tune per-mark sizes for one optical weight. Build is now pure CSS (grid-flow replaces the RAF wave), so it drops 'use client' and renders as a server component. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(landing): add pricing, privacy, terms, and changelog pages - New public /pricing page: Free/Pro/Max/Enterprise cards with the full comparison breakdown transposed from shared upgrade data + JSON-LD; prices, CTAs, and features derive from shared billing constants so they can't drift from the in-app upgrade page. - Migrate /privacy, /terms, and /changelog into the (landing) route group via a shared prose-page system (single source of truth for legal/prose chrome). - Landing polish: solid-ink iso-mark illustrations + footer/cta/features/ mothership spacing and token cleanups; sitemap adds /pricing. - Audit pass: crawlable ChipLink CTAs, correct heading hierarchy, structured-data featureList derived from the visible comparison data, legal plan name Team->Max. * large edits across landing finalization * feat(auth): port OAuth-only signup + Microsoft provider from staging Align auth-page logic with origin/staging (PR #5073) while keeping the new chip-styled UI: - Add Microsoft as a better-auth social sign-in provider (auth.ts) and surface it through the OAuth provider checker, providers API + contract, login/signup forms, SocialLoginButtons, and the landing auth modal. - Gate email/password signup behind the emailSignupEnabled server flag (DISABLE_EMAIL_SIGNUP) so signup becomes OAuth-only when configured. - Add DISABLE_MICROSOFT_AUTH / DISABLE_EMAIL_SIGNUP env + feature flags. * fix(icons): render brand icons legibly when bare and on light tiles (#5292) Monochrome brand icons hardcoded a single white or black fill matched to their colored tile, so they vanished when rendered bare on the home Suggested actions list (white-on-white in light mode, black-on-black in dark mode). Convert those marks to currentColor so they adapt to context, and make tile foregrounds contrast-aware via getTileIconColorClass instead of a hardcoded text-white. Also centralize all color math in apps/sim/lib/colors (perceived brightness, hex/rgb/hsl conversion, contrast-text) and route every consumer through it: the bare-icon audit, block tiles, logs trace view, whitelabeling theming, workspace presence, and the PPTX renderer no longer carry duplicate copies. Adds a bare-icon CI audit (scripts/check-bare-icons.ts) and authoring guidance. --------- Co-authored-by: Emir Karabeg <emirkarabeg@berkeley.edu> Co-authored-by: andresdjasso <andresdjasso@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> Co-authored-by: Waleed <walif6@gmail.com> |

fix(ssr): harden credential query-key factory + fetchers against the 'use client' stub bug (#5206)
* fix(ssr): move credential query-key factory + fetchers to non-client modules
Preventively closes the same 'use client' SSR client-reference-stub class that
crashed the tables page. Server-evaluated modules (the credential block def, the
workflow-comparison helpers) imported workspaceCredentialKeys /
fetchWorkspaceCredentialList / fetchCredentialSetById from 'use client' hook
modules, where they resolve to client-reference stubs on the server (a future
server call path would throw 'X is not a function').
Extract them into non-client hooks/queries/utils/{credential-keys,
fetch-workspace-credentials,fetch-credential-set}.ts (mirroring folder-keys.ts /
fetch-workflow-envelope.ts) and import from there. No behavior change — these
values were only ever called from browser paths.
* docs+ci: codify the 'use client' server-import rule + add check:client-boundary
Document the Next.js rule that server code can only render a 'use client'
export as a component, never call it (server imports resolve to client-reference
stubs that throw — the tables-page crash). Add the rule to
.claude/rules/sim-queries.md + a cross-ref in sim-architecture.md.
Add scripts/check-client-boundary-imports.ts (wired into CI as check:client-boundary)
that flags any value import from a 'use client' module in a server-evaluated,
non-JSX surface (prefetch / route handler / trigger / block definition), so this
class can't silently recur. Escape hatch: // client-boundary-allow: <reason>.

feat(pii): build & own combined PII (analyzer + anonymizer) image (#5176)
* feat(presidio): build & own combined analyzer+anonymizer image Replace the stock mcr.microsoft.com/presidio-* sidecar images with a single image we build and push to ECR/GHCR. A thin FastAPI service constructs one AnalyzerEngine + one AnonymizerEngine at startup and serves both on port 3000 (/health, /supportedentities, /analyze, /anonymize) so the app needs one PRESIDIO_URL. English only; pinned presidio 2.2.362 + en_core_web_lg 3.8.0. Bakes in the native check-digit VIN recognizer and registers 12 English recognizers Presidio ships but does not load by default (UK_NINO, AU_*, IN_*, SG_*), taking the supported English set from 19 to 32. * feat(presidio): add multi-language support (es/it/pl/fi) Configure a multi-language spaCy NLP engine (en/es/it/pl/fi lg models) and explicitly register the national-id recognizers Presidio ships but does not load by default: ES_NIF/NIE, IT_FISCAL_CODE/DRIVER_LICENSE/VAT_CODE/PASSPORT/ IDENTITY_CARD, PL_PESEL, FI_PERSONAL_IDENTITY_CODE. Verified the NLP-engine + explicit-registration path detects in-language (Finnish id, score 1.0). * improvement(presidio): address review feedback - Register VIN under all served languages, not just en (Bugbot: VIN missed for non-English language routing). - Bump HEALTHCHECK start-period to 180s — five lg models load at import (Bugbot). - Drop --no-cache-dir so the pip cache mount actually works (Greptile). - Pydantic request models for /analyze + /anonymize so missing 'text' returns 422 not 500; default operator 'type' to 'replace' instead of KeyError->500 (Greptile). * refactor(pii): rename presidio image artifacts to pii Rename the image/repo/secret/files from 'presidio' to 'pii' for clarity — the service does PII detection + anonymization (and backs the guardrails block's block/mask), not just redaction, and 'pii' matches existing pii-* naming. docker/presidio.Dockerfile -> docker/pii.Dockerfile docker/presidio/ -> docker/pii/ ghcr.io/simstudioai/presidio -> .../pii ECR_PRESIDIO secret -> ECR_PII (infra side already renamed) No behavior change — paths/identifiers only. * refactor(pii): move service to apps/pii, make image ECR-only - Move server.py + requirements.txt from docker/pii/ to apps/pii/ (source belongs under apps/, matching app/realtime; Dockerfile stays in docker/). Add a minimal @sim/pii package.json so the apps/* bun workspace glob accepts the Python service. - Repoint docker/pii.Dockerfile COPY paths to apps/pii/; rename the container user presidio -> pii. - Drop GHCR for pii — it's a private ECS sidecar pulled from ECR, never published. Removed it from the arm64/manifest (GHCR-only) jobs and guarded the build-amd64 tag step to skip GHCR when no ghcr_image is set. |

feat(db): zero-downtime migration safety lint + db-migrate skill (#5041)
* feat(db): zero-downtime migration safety lint + db-migrate skill Add scripts/check-migrations-safety.ts (check:migrations), a CI gate that classifies statements in newly-added migrations into hard errors (rewrite), annotate-to-acknowledge contract ops (`-- migration-safe: <reason>`), and backfill warnings. Wire it into test-build.yml. Add the /db-migrate skill as the judgment half (expand/contract phasing, app-code cross-ref, annotation authoring). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(skills): run cleanup and db-migrate safety checks in /ship * fix(db): address review — DROP INDEX lock symmetry, RENAME CONSTRAINT false-positive, alter-type literal match - Non-concurrent DROP INDEX is now a hard error (ACCESS EXCLUSIVE lock), symmetric with CREATE INDEX; DROP INDEX CONCURRENTLY after a COMMIT passes clean. Removes the false-confidence annotate path. - RENAME rule narrowed to RENAME COLUMN / table RENAME TO; RENAME CONSTRAINT and ALTER INDEX ... RENAME (metadata-only) no longer flagged. - alter-type regex now requires TYPE to follow the column identifier, so it no longer matches TYPE inside a string default. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(db): enforce IF EXISTS on DROP INDEX CONCURRENTLY for replay idempotency Symmetric with the CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY rule: a post-COMMIT DROP INDEX CONCURRENTLY replays from the top on failure, so without IF EXISTS it aborts re-dropping an already-gone index. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * improvement(skills): gate /ship cleanup on UI changes; default migration base to staging - /ship runs /cleanup only when the diff touches UI code (.tsx or apps/sim/components|hooks|stores); the six passes are React-only. - /ship runs check:migrations against origin/staging (the PR base). - check:migrations default baseRef is now origin/staging instead of origin/main. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(db-migrate): add contract-pending TODO convention for deferred drops Establishes a durable, greppable marker (`contract-pending(<precondition>): ...`) left on the legacy column in schema.ts when an expand defers a drop, so the contract phase doesn't rot. The outstanding-work list is `grep -rn contract-pending`; the contract PR's `-- migration-safe:` annotation references the expand and deletes the marker. improvement(auth): layer disposable-email-domains into signup email validation (#5010)
* ci(migrations): fail dev schema push with an actionable error on rename/drop prompt `drizzle-kit push --force` only suppresses the data-loss confirm, not the rename-vs-drop disambiguation prompt. That prompt fires whenever a diff both adds and drops tables/columns at once (e.g. migration 0231 created sim_trigger_state while dropping the workspace_notification_* tables), and in CI it crashes with a bare "Interactive prompts require a TTY" stack trace. Catch that specific failure in the dev push step and emit a GitHub error annotation explaining the cause and the fix (drop the stale objects on the dev DB to match schema.ts — the same DROPs the versioned migration already applied to staging/prod), instead of leaving an opaque trace. Exit status is preserved either way. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * improvement(auth): layer disposable-email-domains into signup email validation Compose the disposable-email-domains list (exact + wildcard) into better-auth-harmony's validator alongside its bundled Mailchecker list, so signup rejects an email if either flags it. Server-only module to keep the dataset out of the client bundle. * improvement(auth): defer disposable-domains dataset behind lazy dynamic import Address review: load the ~120K-entry dataset on first use instead of at module import, so deployments with SIGNUP_EMAIL_VALIDATION_ENABLED off never pay the cost. Add a bare wildcard-base test case. --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

improvement(mothership): v0.2 (#4923)
* CONTRACTS * updates * Prompt caching * Fix regression * updates to prompt caching * Prompt caching trace * VFS updates * Changelog and plan * VFS update * Improvement/mothership (#4775) * ff * System role in cache * Fixes * Add dynamic user info * Improve tool search * improvement(platform): workspace UI/UX overhaul + integrations catalog Rework the workspace around the AI-workspace model: a Mothership home, a top-level Skills route, connected-credential and integration-detail pages, and a polished sidebar/settings surface. Replace the notifications store with a unified toast system (provider-level dismiss/pause, countdown ring). Integrations & catalog: - Add a BlockMeta layer (tags + catalog templates) scoped to catalog-visible integrations; every catalog integration carries >=7 grounded templates. - Rework the taxonomy: each block declares category tools|blocks|triggers. 3rd-party services are 'tools'; first-party primitives (postgres, mysql, knowledge, file, search, stt/tts, image/video generators, thinking, etc.) are 'blocks'. Versioned blocks follow the upgrade paradigm (old hidden, latest in toolbar/docs). - Generate integrations.json + tool docs canonically from block configs. Architecture & cleanup: - Consolidate block data extraction behind a single latest-version strategy (getCanonicalBlocksByCategory; version-consistent getBlockMeta). - Unify version-suffix handling in @sim/utils/string (stripVersionSuffix / isVersionedType, with tests); registry, generate-docs, tools/utils, and integrations all route through it. - Repair latent broken barrels, remove dead code, fix BlockMeta-related type errors and 5 broken docs links. Behavior-preserving for block execution and the toolbar's tool/block listing. * refactor(platform): remove forms, templates, and creators features Remove three standalone features and their supporting code: - Forms: form-deployment pages, API routes, execution path, and docs. - Templates: the template gallery (landing + workspace) and template APIs. - Creators: creator-profile routes and contracts. Add a super-user permissions module (lib/permissions/super-user) and an organizations API contract; update the audit/db/testing packages, billing, and the session/theme providers accordingly. * New doc setup * Fixes * Fixes * Logs tools * test(workflows): update archiveWorkflow update count after forms removal The forms feature was removed, dropping the form-table update from archiveWorkflow. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com> * improvement(billing): accurate per-member usage via shared ledger helper Per-member/per-user usage in the org-member routes now adds the usage_log ledger to the currentPeriodCost baseline (which is no longer incremented), via a shared getOrgMemberLedgerByUser helper to avoid repeating the subscription→period→ledger lookup across the admin and member-facing routes. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com> * regen migrations * update migration * address comments * more code cleanup * incorrect type cast --------- Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com> * improvement(providers): harden OpenAI-compatible providers + add tests (#4796) * improvement(providers): harden OpenAI-compatible providers + add tests * fix(vllm): let tool-loop errors propagate instead of returning silent partial success * fix(litellm): force tool_choice 'none' on final structured-output call The deferred final call used tool_choice 'auto', so the model could emit another tool_calls round instead of the structured answer, leaving content stale. Use 'none' (matching vLLM/Fireworks) on both the streaming and non-streaming final calls so the model must return the structured response. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(providers/ollama): drop tools from post-tool streaming call Ollama ignores tool_choice (not in its supported fields), so vLLM/Fireworks' tool_choice:'none' guard is a no-op here. Omit tools from the final streaming payload instead so the summarization turn can't emit dropped tool calls. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(litellm): spread payload into deferred final call so reasoning_effort carries over The non-streaming deferred finalPayload hand-picked fields and dropped reasoning_effort (and any future payload field), diverging from the streaming path which spreads ...payload. Spread payload here too for consistency. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(providers/ollama): restore enrichment TSDoc block Keeps parity with sibling Chat Completions providers (cerebras/mistral/xai). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(fireworks): restore TSDoc on utils helpers Restore the TSDoc blocks on supportsNativeStructuredOutputs, createReadableStreamFromOpenAIStream, and checkForForcedToolUsage — TSDoc is the codebase documentation standard and should not have been stripped. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(litellm): remove inline rationale comments (codebase uses TSDoc) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(providers/ollama): drop orphaned enrichment TSDoc The block documented a function that now lives in trace-enrichment.ts, so it documents nothing in this file. Register the three BYOK providers, consolidate Wiza's two-step reveal into a single polling wiza_individual_reveal op, and hide the API key field on hosted Sim for hosted operations. * fix(integrations): harden Wiza reveal polling, soften enrichment getCost guards Address Greptile + Cursor Bugbot review on #4777: return explicit failures from the Wiza individual_reveal poller instead of throwing (thrown errors were swallowed into a false queued success), short-circuit when the initial reveal is already terminal, tolerate transient 5xx/429 during polling, and return 0 (not throw) from Findymail getCost when the contacts/employees array is absent. * chore(integrations): biome formatting after wiza merge resolution * fix(wiza): type isTerminalReveal param structurally for next build typecheck * feat(enrichments): add Findymail, Prospeo, Wiza to work-email waterfall * feat(enrichments): add Wiza + Prospeo phone reveal to phone-number waterfall * feat(enrichments): opportunistic identifiers + LinkedIn URL input across work-email & phone cascades * fix(tables): reduce column header chevron size and fix sidebar shadow bleed (#4800) * feat(slack): add install + privacy section to integration landing page (#4799) * feat(slack): add install + privacy section to integration landing page Adds a hand-authored, slug-keyed landing-content module (separate from the generated integrations.json so it survives regeneration) and renders an install walkthrough + privacy-policy link on integration pages when present. Also refreshes generated docs (data-enrichment entry, icon mappings, tool mdx). * fix(landing): render privacy section independently, align CTA analytics label * docs(landing): clarify the Slack install button is behind sign-in * refactor(landing): bake integration landing content into generated json via docs-gen Moves landing content (install walkthrough + privacy) out of a render-time augment and into the generation pipeline: generate-docs reads the pure-data content map and writes landingContent into integrations.json, so the page reads a single source (integration.landingContent). Canonical types live in integrations/data/types.ts. * improvement(enrichments): align enrichments sidebar with design system (#4801) * improvement(enrichments): align enrichments sidebar with design system * fix(enrichments): consistent close button pattern and fix url link hover * fix(misc): upgrade path change for new better-auth version, billing issue for workflow block agent usage (#4803) * fix(misc): upgrade path change for new better-auth version, double-billing for workflow block agent usage * fail loudly if stripe sub id missing * fix(copilot): seq migration (#4804) * chore(db): drop redundant idx_webhook_on_workflow_id_block_id index (#4809) Removed because (workflow_id, block_id) is a left-prefix of idx_webhook_on_workflow_id_block_id_updated_at_desc, which fully covers it. The dropped index was non-unique and enforced no constraint. * perf(copilot): read chat transcripts from copilot_messages (R+1 cutover) (#4808) * perf(copilot): read chat transcripts from copilot_messages, not JSONB Flip user-facing chat reads from the legacy copilot_chats.messages JSONB array (5.7GB, 99% TOAST) to the normalized copilot_messages table via a new loadCopilotChatMessages helper ordered by seq NULLS LAST, created_at, id — the verified canonical order. Both chat-detail getters (getAccessibleCopilotChat, getAccessibleCopilotChatWithMessages) now drop the messages column from their metadata select (no more whole-array detoast on every load) and assemble the transcript from the table after authorization. This cascades to the copilot + mothership GET endpoints and to resolveOrCreateChat's conversationHistory (the LLM payload). The normalize/effective-transcript pipeline is source-agnostic (copilot_messages.content == a JSONB array element), so transcripts are byte-identical. Dual-write and the JSONB column stay in place as the internal-logic source and fallback; removing JSONB writes is a later step. Prod integrity verified before cutover: 0 messages missing, 0 NULL-seq, 0 dup keys/seq, 0 orphans, order-parity vs JSONB = 0 mismatches. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * test(copilot): cover auth-deny on a found row skips the messages query Address PR review: exercise the `if (!authorized) return null` contract — when the chat row exists but authorization fails, the getter returns null and never issues the copilot_messages read. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tables): right-align run/stop in embedded toolbar; workflow cells format like normal cells (#4806) * fix(tables): right-align run/stop in the embedded table toolbar Add a right-aligned `trailing` slot to ResourceOptionsBar and move the embedded mothership table's run/stop control into it, so Filter + Sort stay left-aligned and run/stop sits opposite on the right. No-op for the search-bearing consumers (logs, resource list), which don't pass `trailing`. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tables): workflow-output cells format values like normal cells Workflow-output columns short-circuited in resolveCellRender and rendered their value as plain text, so a sim-resource URL / external URL / JSON / date produced by a workflow never got the chip, favicon link, or typed formatting a normal cell gets. Factor value formatting into a shared `resolveValueKind` helper used by both the workflow-value branch and the plain-cell branch; the workflow branch keeps the typewriter reveal for plain streaming text via a `typewriter` flag. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(tables): detect resource/URL links on workflow output regardless of column type Workflow output columns default to `json` (columnTypeForLeaf), so routing their values through the type-based formatter (a) gated chip/URL promotion behind `column.type === 'string'` — a URL produced by a json-typed output never became a chip — and (b) JSON.stringify'd plain string values, adding quotes and losing the typewriter reveal. Detect links (sim-resource chip / favicon URL) on the value string directly for workflow outputs, falling back to the plain `value` kind; plain cells keep the type-based formatting. Addresses Greptile P2 on #4806. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(icons): repair broken integration icon rendering (#4810) * fix(icons): repair broken integration icon rendering Two distinct bugs left integration icons broken on the /integrations page (visible at 32-40px, hidden at the toolbar's 16px): 1. Corrupted SVG paths (Notion, Greptile, Granola, Calendly, Grafana, Bedrock): over-minified data dropped elliptical-arc flag digits (e.g. `A1 1 0 5.9 7` instead of `A1 1 0 0 0 5.9 7`); Granola's cubic stream was truncated. Browsers abort path parsing at the first invalid arc flag, so each rendered as a fragment or blank. Replaced with correct path data from canonical sources, preserving each icon's existing fill/gradient and bgColor. 2. Invisible glyph (Bright Data): its icon uses fill='currentColor' but bgColor was '#FFFFFF', and every surface forces text-white on the glyph - white-on-white. Changed bgColor to Bright Data's brand blue (#3d7ffc) so the white glyph reads, matching the white-glyph-on-brand-chip convention. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(icons): restore Calendly dual-tone brand colors Addresses review feedback: the previous fix replaced the broken Calendly icon with a monochrome #006BFF path, dropping the cyan #0ae8f0 accent from the original dual-tone mark. Restored the two-tone logo (blue + cyan) using clean, valid path data, cropped to a tight square viewBox so it fills the chip. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * improvement(icons): enlarge icons, fix Zoom contrast and Quiver chip - Zoom: glyph was blue-on-blue (#0B5CFF on #2D8CFF chip); switched to currentColor so it renders as a white glyph on the blue chip. - Quiver: chip bgColor #000000 -> #FFFFFF to match the icon's near-white box, and enlarged the mark slightly (viewBox crop). - Enlarged (tightened viewBox, verified no clipping): RevenueCat, Prospeo, Granola, Firecrawl, Enrich.so, and the AWS icons (RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, CloudFormation, Athena, CloudWatch, SES, Bedrock, S3). - ZoomInfo left unchanged: it is a full red rounded-square logo that already fills its frame, so a crop would clip it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(icons): use Bright Data wordmark on white chip; repair Circleback - Bright Data: replaced the flame glyph with the official two-tone 'bright data' wordmark (provided asset), centered in a symmetric viewBox. Reverted the chip bgColor from #3d7ffc to #FFFFFF since the blue wordmark is invisible on a blue chip (the wordmark is designed for a light background). - Circleback: a minifier had rounded the pattern's image scale to scale(0), collapsing the embedded logo to zero size (invisible). Restored the correct scale (1/280 = 0.00357142857) so the C. mark renders. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(docs): sync Quiver block color card to white chip Reflects the Quiver bgColor change (#000000 -> #FFFFFF) in the docs block info card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * improvement(icons): enlarge AWS/Cloudflare/Dagster icons, fully white Zoom - Enlarged (tighter viewBox, render-verified, no clipping): Cloudflare, Dagster, and the red AWS icons AWS IAM, Identity Center, Secrets Manager, SES, STS. Identity Center was anomalously small (filled ~32% of its frame); the group is now sized consistently (~80% fill). - Zoom: the camera lens triangle was still #0B5CFF (blue-on-blue); switched it to currentColor so the whole camera renders white on the blue chip. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * docs(wiza): consolidate individual reveal into a single operation Merges the separate Start/Get Individual Reveal operations into one Individual Reveal operation in the Wiza docs and integrations data (operationCount 5 -> 4). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * improvement(icons): size remaining AWS icons to match the set (~80% fill) Bring RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, CloudFormation, Athena, CloudWatch and S3 up to the same ~80% fill as the AWS IAM/Identity Center/Secrets Manager/SES/STS group, so all AWS icons are visually consistent. Bedrock left as-is (already ~92% fill). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(icons): use Bright Data flame mark, enlarge ZoomInfo - Bright Data: the full 'bright data' wordmark was illegible at chip size. Replaced with just the flame-'i' brand mark (blue #4280f6 on the white chip), centered. - ZoomInfo: cropped the viewBox toward the white 'Zi' so it's larger; the red rounded-square background still fills the chip. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * improvement(icons): enlarge CrowdStrike icon The falcon mark sat small in its chip because the icon used a wide 768x500 viewBox (letterboxed in the square chip). Switched to a square viewBox centered on the mark so it fills ~80%, consistent with the other icons. Also tighten the normalizeSSODomain TSDoc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore: condense env route security comments Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * icons update * chore(security): tighten inline comments in CSV export and KB file authorization Condense verbose comment blocks to concise TSDoc/single-line form; no behavior change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): validate internal serve origin in KB file authorization Replace the bypassable isInternalFileUrl substring check in resolveInternalKbKey with an origin allow-list (base URL, internal API base URL, TRUSTED_ORIGINS). A crafted external host whose path is /api/files/serve/<victim-key> no longer resolves to the victim key. Relative same-origin URLs are unaffected. * style(sso): use idiomatic sql lower() comparison for domain conflict query Match the repo's prevailing `sql`lower(col) = value`` idiom for the case-insensitive SSO domain conflict lookup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): align workspace env admin gate with hasWorkspaceAdminAccess Use the same admin check the secrets UI uses (owner, admin permission, or org-admin) so owners and org-admins are not wrongly denied their own decrypted workspace secrets, while read-only members remain restricted to names only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(sso): rely on lower(domain) match for conflict detection, drop dead in-memory recheck Address PR review: the SQL `lower(domain) = <normalized>` predicate already excludes rows that the in-memory `normalizeSSODomain(...) === domain` recheck claimed to catch, making that recheck dead/misleading code. Match on the canonical lower-cased domain and filter purely by ownership. Malformed legacy values (wildcards, schemes, ports) never match an email domain at sign-in, so excluding them is not a gap. Test DB mock now applies the lower() predicate so the casing-variant case is genuinely exercised. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): scope webhook deploy path conflict to active webhooks findConflictingWebhookPathOwner omitted the isActive filter that the runtime dispatcher (findAllWebhooksForPath) applies, so an inactive but non-archived webhook from another workflow (e.g. after undeploy or failure auto-disable) would permanently block any new deployment on that path even though it never receives deliveries. Align the guard with the runtime isActive + archivedAt filter; the earliest-owner runtime check remains the authoritative cross-tenant protection. Also trims verbose TSDoc on the webhook path-isolation helpers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): exclude archived workflows from webhook deploy path conflict findConflictingWebhookPathOwner now joins workflow and filters isNull(workflow.archivedAt), matching the runtime dispatcher (findAllWebhooksForPath). A webhook on an archived workflow can never receive deliveries at runtime, so it must not block legitimate path reuse with a 409. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(security): anchor KB file ownership to earliest document in any state A KB file's owner is now the earliest document referencing its key regardless of state (active/archived/deleted/excluded); access is granted only when that owning document is still active. Closes the residual where an attacker could plant an active document to claim a file whose original document was archived or deleted. * updated greptile icon * revert(security): drop KB file authorization changes Reverts the knowledge-base file-access work (origin-pinning / owner-pinning / origin allow-list in verifyKBFileAccess) and its test. The other hardening fixes (SSO domain registration, webhook path isolation, workspace env secrets, CSV export) are unchanged. apps/sim/app/api/files/authorization.ts is restored to its origin/staging baseline. * fix(sso): treat caller's own user-scoped provider as owned during conflict check Self-hosters often register SSO user-scoped via the CLI script (no SSO_ORGANIZATION_ID). If they later enable organizations and reconfigure the same domain org-scoped through the UI, the conflict check previously treated their own user-scoped row as another tenant's and returned a misleading 409. Recognize the caller's own user-scoped provider as owned so that migration is allowed, while still blocking another user's or another org's domain. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * revert(security): remove workspace-env admin gate Defer to a credential-based access model (separate change). Restores GET /api/workspaces/[id]/environment to main behavior and removes the test. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(security): consolidate webhook path-collision check into one helper Extract findConflictingWebhookPathOwner to lib/webhooks/utils.server.ts as the single source of truth for cross-tenant path-collision detection, used by both webhook creation paths (deploy sync and the manual /api/webhooks route). This also repairs two latent issues in the manual route's previous inline check, which queried with limit(1) and only webhook.archivedAt: - limit(1) inspected one arbitrary row, so a same-workflow row could mask a foreign collision (false negative). The shared helper scans all matching rows. - It omitted isActive/workflow.archivedAt, so inactive or archived-workflow webhooks (which never receive deliveries) permanently blocked path reuse. The helper mirrors the runtime dispatcher's filter. Same-workflow webhook reuse for upsert is now a separate, explicit lookup. []` + `Array.isArray` double-guard into a single Array.isArray check, per PR review feedback. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(devin): scope session-tag mapping to tag ops and normalize array tag inputs - Only map sessionTags into the tools tags param for append/replace operations, preventing stale sessionTags state from clobbering create_session tags - Fall back to a wired tags value when sessionTags is empty for tag operations - Normalize tag inputs (string or wired string[]) via normalizeTags so array values from other blocks no longer throw on .split Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(cursor): restore base64 file data in legacy download_artifact metadata The legacy CursorBlock exposes only content + metadata (no v2 file output), so metadata.data was the only way legacy-block workflows could access downloaded artifact bytes. Restore the base64 data field and document it in the outputs/type instead of dropping it. Limit company-info outputs to employee count and description — the fields Hunter and PDL both reliably return — so every row is consistent. employeeCount is a string so Hunter's range bucket and PDL's exact count share the column. * fix(files): don't reject external URLs containing '..' in file parse validation (#4821) * fix(files): don't reject external URLs containing '..' in file parse validation The file block's file_fetch operation rejected any external URL whose path contained '..' (e.g. Slack files-pri slugs with a literal '...') with 'Access denied: path traversal detected'. Traversal checks only apply to local paths — external http(s) URLs are fetched with SSRF protection downstream and are never resolved against the filesystem, so they now short-circuit as valid. Internal /api/files/serve/ URLs keep full traversal protection. * test(files): fix external-URL assertion to handle undefined error * test(files): assert success explicitly in external-URL traversal test * fix(files): keep traversal protection for https URLs matching internal serve paths * feat(google-sheets): add row filtering to read with numeric operators (#4822) * feat(google-sheets): add row filtering to read with numeric operators Adds client-side row filtering to the Google Sheets read (v2) operation. Filter the returned rows by a header column using text operators (contains, not_contains, exact, not_equals, starts_with, ends_with) and numeric/ordering operators (gt, gte, lt, lte). Filtering lives in a pure, unit-tested helper (filterSheetRows) and runs over the fetched read range; an optional `filter` output reports whether the column was found and how many rows matched. Also hardens the surrounding tools: - trim spreadsheetId in write/update/append URL builders (matches read) - URL-encode the v1 read default range - expose valueInputOption for the update operation in the block Backwards compatible: with no filter requested, read output is byte- identical and the `filter` field is omitted. The filterMatchType union is widened additively (4 -> 10 values). * fix(google-sheets): correct filter metadata for missing column and header-only sheets - matchedRows is now 0 (not totalRows) when the filter column is not found, so it no longer contradicts applied=false / columnFound=false - columnFound now reflects an actual header lookup for empty/header-only sheets instead of being hardcoded true - add tests covering header-only and empty sheets with present/absent columns * fix(selectors): fetch all pages for paginated dropdown list routes (#4823) * fix(selectors): fetch all pages for paginated dropdown list routes Dropdown selectors fetched only the first page of paginated provider APIs, silently hiding results past page one. Add bounded server-side draining to the list routes across Microsoft Graph, Google, Notion, Atlassian, Linear, AWS CloudWatch, and offset/token REST APIs, plus a shared client-side drain cap in the selector hook. Response shapes, stored values, and tool execution are unchanged; CloudWatch list tools still honor a caller-supplied limit. Also fixes the Word file picker that was searching for .xlsx files. * fix(selectors): harden JSM and Monday pagination draining - JSM service-desk/request-type drains advance `start` by the actual row count returned (not the fixed page size) and stop on an empty page, so a short non-final page can't skip items. - Monday boards drain now checks `response.ok` per page, surfacing a mid-drain HTTP failure instead of treating it as an empty final page and returning a partial 200. * docs(selectors): clarify JSM drain advances start by actual row count The offset-advancement fix (advance `start` by the rows returned, not the fixed page size) landed in 7b19788a8; update the TSDoc to match so it no longer reads as advancing by `limit`. * fix(selectors): drain fetchPage in direct fetchList callers Making `fetchList` optional left three direct callers (outside the useSelectorOptions hook) calling it unguarded, which broke the build's type check. Route them through a shared `loadAllSelectorOptions` helper that uses `fetchList` when present and otherwise drains `fetchPage`. This also prevents a regression: `confluence.spaces` / `knowledge.documents` now paginate via `fetchPage` only, and these callers (search/replace, value resolution) would otherwise have silently returned no options. * chore(selectors): rename MAX_PAGE_PAGES to MAX_NOTION_PAGES for readability * fix(sso): re-check domain conflict before write and reject IP-address domains (#4825) * improvement(copilot): make copilot_messages the sole transcript store, remove JSONB dual-write (#4826) Stop writing/reading the legacy copilot_chats.messages JSONB column now that reads are cut over to copilot_messages. Make appendCopilotChatMessages the primary write (throws on failure instead of swallowing), repoint peripheral readers (workspace VFS, chat cleanup, data drains, fork, superuser import) to copilot_messages, and persist the assistant turn inside finalizeAssistantTurn's transaction so it commits atomically with the stream-marker clear. The column itself is dropped in a follow-up migration after this bakes. * feat(tables): expand filter operators (not-contains, starts/ends-with, not-in, empty) (#4827) Add does-not-contain ($ncontains), starts-with ($startsWith), ends-with ($endsWith), not-in-array ($nin, previously executed server-side but unexposed in the UI), and is-empty/is-not-empty ($empty) filter operators end-to-end — SQL builder, condition types, query-builder converters/constants, the filter UI, the Table tools/block descriptions, and docs. Also fix correctness bugs in the filter builder surfaced by the wider operator set: - Same-column AND rules (e.g. age > 18 AND age < 65, or name startsWith 'A' AND name endsWith 'Z') silently overwrote each other because the AND group was keyed by column name. They now merge into one operator object, which also makes Filter -> rules -> Filter round-trip losslessly for multi-operator columns. - $nin values were not split into an array like $in, and textual-match values like "123" were numeric-coerced (breaking the ILIKE path). - A non-boolean $empty operand from the raw API silently inverted the check; it now coerces 'true'/'false' strings and otherwise returns a 400. * improvement(copilot): stop persisting tool-call result outputs in transcripts (#4829) Opening a Mothership task could take many seconds because a single persisted assistant message in copilot_messages.content can reach hundreds of MB, almost entirely inside contentBlocks[].toolCall.result.output (e.g. a get_workflow_logs or run_workflow result). The DB query is ~2ms; the cost is detoasting that payload, shipping it to the browser, and parsing it. These outputs are dead weight on the Sim side: they are never rendered (the thread shows only tool name/title/status) and never replayed to the model (the upstream copilot service owns conversation memory). So drop result.output before it is persisted, keeping result.success/error plus the tool metadata. - add stripToolResultOutput() in persisted-message.ts - apply it in messages-store toRow (covers every write path) and in loadCopilotChatMessages (existing rows render fast on read) Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * feat(providers): add Together AI, Baseten, and Ollama Cloud model providers (#4830) * feat(providers): add Together AI, Baseten, and Ollama Cloud model providers * fix(providers): guard Ollama streaming fast-path with hasActiveTools Match Together/Baseten/Fireworks: when tools are supplied but all are filtered out (usageControl 'none'), take the single streaming call instead of an extra non-streaming round-trip. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(providers): filter non-chat model types from Together model list * refactor(providers): dedupe Ollama Cloud upstream schema ollamaCloudUpstreamResponseSchema was byte-for-byte identical to ollamaUpstreamResponseSchema (both /api/tags endpoints return the same { models: [{ name }] } shape). The stale JSON had integrationTypes (plural array) from an older script version, while the Integration type and workspace UI both read integrationType (singular string) — so ALL_CATEGORY_SECTIONS bucketed to undefined and the category filters never appeared in the dropdown. Fixed by adding the missing path constant and re-running the generator. integrations.json now has 192 entries with the correct integrationType field. * fix(sidebar): restore resize handle on all pages commit |

fix(serializer): apply tools.config.params before validating required tool params (#4391)
* fix(serializer): apply tools.config.params before validating required tool params * fix(serializer): guard array results and drop redundant fallback in tool param validation * fix(blocks): align canonicalParamId with tool param name for file inputs Renames the canonical id from `document` to `file` on firecrawl, reducto v2, pulse v2, and extend v2 so pre-execution validation resolves the value under the same key the tool expects, eliminating false "missing required fields: file" errors at submit time. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(blocks): drop extraneous comments from canonical file-input renames Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(serializer): drop tools.config.params invocation; enforce canonical-id contract via audit The serializer's pre-execution validator no longer runs the block's `tools.config.params` mapper to discover renamed tool param ids. Instead it relies on the contract that every required+user-only tool param is backed by a subBlock whose `id` or `canonicalParamId` equals the tool param id, and a new audit (`bun run check:block-canonical`) enforces this. Migrates posthog (`personalApiKey` → canonical `apiKey`) so the audit passes cleanly. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(scripts): consolidate block registry CI checks into one script Folds the canonical-id contract audit into the existing subblock ID stability script and renames it to `check-block-registry.ts`. Both checks share the same `getAllBlocks()` import and registry-invariant purpose, so a single CI gate now catches both regression classes. The early-exit path on the stability check no longer short-circuits the canonical-id check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(scripts): unify check-block-registry result reporting Each check returns a discriminated `CheckResult` (pass | skip | fail) so the runner prints one definitive line per check instead of mixing a "skipping" message with a redundant "passed" line. Failure messages include a per-check header explaining the runtime impact. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

improvement(repo): separate realtime into separate app (#4262)
* improvement(repo): restructuring to make realtime image narrower scoped * improvements * chore(repo): rebase fixes and quality improvements for realtime split Addresses merge-time issues and gaps from the realtime app split: - Retarget stale vi.mock paths to @sim/workflow-persistence/subblocks - Restore README branding, fix AGENTS.md script reference - Restore TSDoc on workflow-persistence subblocks helpers - Use toError() from @sim/utils/errors in save.ts - Add vitest config + local mocks so @sim/audit tests run standalone - Move socket.io-client to devDependencies in apps/realtime - Add missing package COPY steps to docker/app.Dockerfile - Add check:boundaries/check:realtime-prune scripts and wire into CI Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> * refactor(security): consolidate crypto primitives into @sim/security Move general-purpose crypto primitives out of apps/sim into the @sim/security package so both apps/sim and apps/realtime can share them. @sim/security exports (all pure, dependency-free): ./compare safeCompare (constant-time HMAC-wrapped equality) ./encryption encrypt/decrypt (AES-256-GCM, iv:cipher:tag format) ./hash sha256Hex ./tokens generateSecureToken (base64url) Migrate apps/sim call sites to use these + @sim/utils helpers: crypto.randomUUID() -> generateId() from @sim/utils/id createHash('sha256').digest -> sha256Hex timingSafeEqual on hashed hex -> safeCompare new Promise(setTimeout) -> sleep from @sim/utils/helpers No behavior change: encryption format, digest output, and token length are preserved exactly. * refactor(copilot): use toError in remaining otel/finalize sites Replace the last two `error instanceof Error ? error : new Error(String(error))` patterns with toError from @sim/utils/errors. Completes the sweep of clean candidates — no behavior change. * refactor(security): consolidate HMAC-SHA256 primitives into @sim/security Adds hmacSha256Hex and hmacSha256Base64 to @sim/security/hmac and migrates 15 webhook providers plus 5 other hot paths (deployment token signing, outbound webhook requests, workspace notification delivery, notification test route, Shopify OAuth callback) off bare `createHmac` calls. Secret parameter accepts `string | Buffer` to cover base64-decoded Svix-style secrets (Resend) and MS Teams' HMAC scheme. AWS SigV4 signing in S3 and Textract tools intentionally retains direct `createHmac` usage — its multi-step key derivation chain doesn't fit a generic helper. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(packages): post-audit test + packaging polish - Add safeCompare unit tests (identity, length mismatch, hex-nibble diff). - Add Buffer-secret cases to hmac tests to lock in Svix/MS-Teams contract. - Declare `reactflow` as a peerDependency on @sim/workflow-types — only used for type imports. - Add a barrel export to @sim/workflow-persistence for consumers that prefer package-level imports; subpath exports retained. - Document the data-field invariant in load.ts for loop/parallel subflow patching. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(realtime): address PR review feedback - Remove redundant SOCKET_PORT=3002 env from Dockerfile runner stage (env.PORT already defaults to 3002 via zod schema). - Reorder PORT fallback so an explicitly-set SOCKET_PORT wins over the schema default for PORT; keeps SOCKET_PORT functional as an override instead of dead code. - Add dedicated type-check CI step for @sim/realtime so TS errors surface pre-deploy (the Dockerfile runs source TS via Bun and has no implicit build-time type check). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(realtime): remove unused SOCKET_PORT env var SOCKET_PORT has lived in the socket server since the June 2025 refactor but was never actually set in any deploy config — docker-compose.prod, helm values/templates, .env.example, and docs all use PORT or the 3002 default exclusively. No self-hoster was ever pointed at SOCKET_PORT, so removing it is safe. Simplifies realtime port resolution to `env.PORT` (zod-validated with a 3002 default) and drops the orphaned sim-side schema entry. fix(ci): replace dynamic secret access with explicit secret references (#4151)
* fix(ci): replace dynamic secret access with explicit secret references Resolves CodeQL "Excessive Secrets Exposure" warning by replacing secrets[matrix.ecr_repo_secret] with conditional expressions that reference only the specific secrets needed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com> * fix(ci): add explicit ECR_REALTIME guard and use env block for secret injection - Prevent silent fallthrough to ECR_REALTIME for unrecognized secret keys - Move build-amd64 secret resolution to env: block matching build-dev pattern --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com> |
