overtrue 12b4474366 fix(ci): correct zip output path in build workflow 
After cd into .next, ../artifacts is workspace/artifacts; ../../artifacts
pointed outside workspace and caused zip/upload to fail (exit 15).

overtrue 2216caac75 fix: remove deprecated server config fetch and fix CI workflow 
- Remove deprecated fetchConfigFromServer function
- Update getConfig to use localStorage > browser > default priority
- Fix GitHub Actions workflow: remove unnecessary dependency installation, upgrade CodeQL to v4, use proper test commands
- Add JUnit reporter to vitest config for CI test results
- Update tests to reflect new configuration priority (no server config)
- All 167 tests passing

overtrue b7c6517f0b fix: remove hardcoded pnpm version from GitHub Actions workflows 
- Remove hardcoded pnpm version from all workflow files
- Let pnpm/action-setup automatically read version from package.json packageManager field
- This ensures consistency with package.json and avoids version mismatch errors
- Fixes CI error: Multiple versions of pnpm specified

- 更新所有 npm 命令为动态包管理器命令
- 修复缓存配置以支持 pnpm
