docs(contributing): add AI agent PR policy + code quality + commit conventions
- AI agent PRs welcome but must include test evidence (screenshots/logs/before-after)
- Agent identity disclosure required (not discrimination, helps review)
- No auto-refactor PRs without linked issue
- Code quality: no security vulns, backward compat, bash -n validation, TS compile
- Commit message convention (conventional commits with scope)
- Review flow documented
- First-time contributor guide
