ProxyCast 统一扩展平台架构 PRD

一、背景与目标
1.1 背景
当前 ProxyCast 已有多种扩展能力，但分散在不同系统中：

- 统一扩展中心：一个入口管理所有类型的扩展
- 独立更新：扩展可独立安装、更新、卸载
- 开放生态：第三方开发者可贡献扩展
