coso e811b75468 feat: ProxyCast v0.1.0 - Tauri + React AI API Proxy 
- Tauri 2.0 + React 18 + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS
- Provider management with Kiro credential loading
- Auto-detect credential file changes (5s interval)
- Dashboard with API testing panel
- Settings page for server configuration
- Logs viewer with real-time updates
- OpenAI compatible API endpoints (/v1/chat/completions, /v1/models)
- Anthropic compatible API endpoints (/v1/messages)
- Default port: 3001, API key: proxycast-key
