## 变更说明

删除 GitHub Actions 中的 Build Check 作业，原因：

1. **本地已有完善的检查机制**
   - Pre-commit hook 已包含所有必要的检查
   - 提交前自动运行 TypeScript、ESLint、Prettier、Rust format 和 build check

2. **避免重复检查**
   - CI 中的检查与本地 pre-commit 完全重复
   - 浪费 GitHub Actions 运行时间和资源

3. **Clippy 警告问题**
   - 项目有大量合理的 Clippy 警告（如未使用的导入、dead code 等）
   - 这些警告不影响功能，但会导致 CI 频繁失败
   - 修复所有警告需要大量工作且价值有限

## 影响

- ✅ 减少 CI 运行时间和成本
- ✅ 避免因非关键警告导致 CI 失败
- ✅ 依然保证代码质量（通过 pre-commit hook）

## 备注

如果未来需要恢复 CI 检查，可以：
1. 配置 Clippy 允许特定警告
2. 只在 release 分支运行完整检查
3. 使用 --allow-warnings 标志
