chore: rewrite pinme-uniwebpay skill as self-contained SKILL.md
...
Regenerate the skill from verified source (ipfs-proxy binding injection
and @uniwebpay/sdk), fixing stale facts: QR methods (wechat/alipay/paynow)
are SGD-only, PinMe's managed webhook sink discards events, and the
delivery retry schedule. Fold the worker reference into SKILL.md and drop
the agents/references sidecar files and machine-local skill paths.
