(or equivalent, e.g. 'i'). This brings the markdown
parser in line with commonmark, and avoids a lot of
unintended list starts. Closes#11735.
Note that ordered lists that are not sublists may
still start with numbers other than 1.
For reasons not currently clear to me(!), the tip of doclayout consumes
the breaking space that is followed by nothing (i.e. the ignored raw
LaTeX inline). The tests of djoths itself still pass.
Djot is a light markup syntax (https://djot.net).
This patch adds djot as input and output formats.
