- Move copy/paste props (canCopySelectedItem, canPasteTimelineItem,
  onCopySelectedItem, onPasteTimelineItem) to <TimelineEditor> where
  they belong; SettingsPanel was being mid-conflict due to line drift.
- Keep both timelineClipboard state (PR) and showCloseConfirmDialog
  state (main).
- Keep both useClipboardFeedback (PR) and effectiveCursorHighlight +
  useI18n destructuring (main).
- Add feedback.copied / feedback.pasted entries to ar, ja-JP, ru, vi
  timeline locales (kept synced with the en baseline added in the PR).
- Add zh-TW dialogs import to tutorialHelpTranslations.test.ts (was
  missing on main; SUPPORTED_LOCALES includes zh-TW so the test would
  hit undefined without it).
- Regenerate package-lock.json.

Verified: tsc --noEmit clean, npm test 129/129 pass, biome only flags
pre-existing useScreenRecorder warnings on main.
