Rishabh Ranjan Singh f07a1c13ca fix: suppress verbose unzip output during bootstrap (#8984) ...

Reduce log noise by adding -q flag to unzip commands for LibreOffice
and Oracle Instant Client extraction. This eliminates ~5,000 log messages
per server start, reducing logging costs while maintaining visibility of
the extraction process through high-level status messages.
