Branches are named feat/<name> or fix/<name>, or by another
Conventional Commits type for a change that is neither, and never
pushed under a tool's own prefix such as claude/ or codex/.

Commit messages and pull request descriptions carry no attribution to
an AI tool. A committed .claude/settings.json turns Claude Code's own
attribution off for everyone working in the repository.
