* Add the agents, projects, knowledge and releases plugins

Four plugins for agent-run applications, the UI Library's agents and projects items, and the generated UI Library catalog of the application Skill with its check.

* Wait on the sent attachment's link as it renders last in the chat test

* Keep the demo chat's reply timers off window, so they outlive a test's environment quietly
