chenos 57c0f6cf95 chore(scripts): rename local-registry commands to unreleased (#406) ...

The local-registry:* commands sat next to pnpm registry, which builds shadcn
Registry items, and read as a local variant of it. What they do is test the
unreleased checkout as published packages, so they are now unreleased:*,
with verify renamed to smoke and stop to clean. Clean also removes a session
prepared under the old names, which would otherwise keep holding the port.
