* feat: add OrcaRouter as a named platform and provider preset
Add a dedicated OrcaRouter adapter (OpenAI-compatible, API-key-first),
auto-detected for api.orcarouter.ai, and registered across the platform
registry, URL detection, site initialization presets, brand matching,
and the web UI (site options, payload rules, connection segments).
Verified: 2581 tests passing, full typecheck green, and a live model
discovery call against https://api.orcarouter.ai returns 200 models.
