* Replace golang/mock with go.uber.org/mock
golang/mock is unmaintained and generates mocks using
interface{}. Switch mmctl's mockgen and mockery's einterfaces
config to the actively maintained go.uber.org/mock fork so
future-generated mocks use any instead.
* Regenerate mocks with go.uber.org/mock
Reflect the mockgen/mockery switch in the generated output.
* Remove the rest of uses of golang/mock
* make generated
