* Fix MM-T338: extract background-image URL with regex instead of split
Cypress 15.13 bundles a newer Chromium that returns computed
background-image as url(https://...) without quotes, so the
previous split('"')[1] returned undefined. A regex handles
both the quoted and unquoted forms.

* Fix flaky mmctl team e2e tests: use NewRandomTeamName
model.NewId() can produce a value whose prefix matches a reserved team
name (e.g. api, mfa, post), causing Team.IsValid to reject it with
"This URL is unavailable." Use model.NewRandomTeamName(), which retries
until the name is non-reserved.
