Josh Lambert c44e53d994 docs(kilo-docs): address review feedback — rename to agents, rewrite orchestrator, fix content

- Rename using-modes.md → using-agents.md with redirect and all internal
  link updates (12 references across 8 files)
- Reframe orchestrator-mode.md as migration page: orchestrator is no longer
  needed since all agents now support subagents natively
- Rewrite using-agents.md: flip callout to lead with agents, add specific
  keyboard shortcuts (Cmd+., Tab, Ctrl+X a)
- chat-interface.md: drop duplicate Suggested Responses tabs into shared
  content with collapsed Legacy callout, add keyboard shortcuts to Tips,
  apply wording fixes (TUI acronym, action buttons, CLI context)
- context-mentions.md: update VSCode tab to document @-mention autocomplete
  support, rewrite editor context in natural language with Code Actions
- model-selection.md: add in-chat model selector and precedence chain
- Fix smart quotes in custom-modes-org.md
- Update nav: Modes → Agents
