Catriel Müller 868b206ef9 fix: apply +6 major version offset when using KILO_VERSION env var ...

The package.json already has version 7.x (6 more than CLI's 1.x).
When KILO_VERSION is set in the workflow, it contains the CLI version,
so we need to add 6 to match the vscode extension versioning.
