Replace the Auto-Collapse Reasoning switch with a Reasoning Blocks select that supports Expanded, Preview, and Headline. Headline renders only the header and streaming indicator until the user opens the block, and keeps the user's open or closed choice while the response streams. Legacy auto_collapse_reasoning configs map to Preview.
