fix(vscode): mute the approval reason line and translate missing display settings
...
The tool-approval line's decision text was bold and text-strong colored,
making it compete for attention. Style it like the existing tool-hint
pattern (muted, italic, --text-weak, opacity 0.9) so it recedes into the
background like reasoning text instead of standing out.
Also translate settings.display.terminalCommand.*, .tokenThroughput.*,
and .autoApprovalReason.* across all locales -- these were previously
copy-pasted from the English source instead of translated.

Route message and response copy actions through the VS Code extension
host so webview focus changes do not block clipboard writes.

Correlate clipboard requests with extension-host results so copy
