Replace GitHub Security Advisory reporting link with security@kilo.ai
email contact, aligning the vulnerability reporting section with the
messaging on kilo.ai/security.
Update all github.com/Kilo-Org/kilo references to github.com/Kilo-Org/kilocode
across package.json files, documentation, scripts, and configuration files.
This reflects the repository rename from kilo to kilocode.
We receive a large number of AI-generated security reports and don't have the resources to review them all. This policy clarifies that such submissions will result in an automatic ban to protect our maintainers' time.
