kirillk 039cf837f1 fix(cli): add word boundary to MARKER_PREFIX regex 
Prevents matching typos like kilocode_changes, kilocode_changelog.
Reported by reviewer in #8601.

kirillk bf2ae93d67 fix(cli): support JSX comment syntax in kilocode_change annotation check 
The annotation check script only recognized // style comments but TSX
files require {/* */} syntax inside JSX templates. This caused false
failures for PRs adding JSX-annotated markers in packages/opencode/.
