fix: add js-yaml as direct dependency for bun compatibility
...
@markdoc/next.js depends on js-yaml but bun's dependency resolution
doesn't make it available to webpack during build. Adding it as a
direct dependency fixes the build.

fix: replace stale docusaurus files with current next.js/markdoc docs

git filter-repo incorrectly resolved a merge commit where the docs app
was migrated from Docusaurus to Next.js + Markdoc, resulting in the old
Docusaurus files at HEAD. This commit overlays the correct current files
from the source repo (kilo-org/kilocode main branch).
Package renamed from kilocode-docs to @kilocode/kilo-docs.
