Subject: [PATCH] fix: close Memory Bank Deprecation callout properly in
 agents-md docs

The closing {% /callout %} tag was indented under a numbered list item,
causing the callout to bleed into the content below it and creating an
empty note above the 'What is AGENTS.md?' header. Moving the tag to the
top level fixes the rendering.
