The old onboarding script hard-coded live database ids and stopped at the
device/point level. Rewrite it to discover the driver and its attribute
definitions at runtime, then provision the whole chain - template, device,
points, driver/point attribute configs, events with their attribute configs,
commands with theirs, and a demo threshold rule - matching existing rows by
name or code so re-runs are safe, and verify the result through the point
value and command history APIs. Tolerate the bare-uuid response of the
command call and report dispatch failures instead of aborting.
