pnoker 4428b1ceb8 ci: drop one-off mockito diagnostic step ...

The forced re-download proved the javaagent failure is not a corrupted
cache: freshly downloaded jars fail identically, so the diagnostic step
served its purpose and the investigation moves to an issue.
