Config-driven management views for MCP connections, OAuth clients and the tool catalog (McpConnection/McpClient/McpTool + their EntityListConfig + shared components), wired into the settings nav, router and i18n, with EntityListPage engine tweaks to support them. Updates the API-contract snapshot and settings smoke test.
